FCRC '07 Educator's Travel Grant Program

FCRC '07 is proud to announce the availability of travel grants for faculty from colleges with high female and/or minority enrollment to attend FCRC '07 in San Diego, CA. Funding for the travel grants is provided by participating SIGs and the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Faculty members attending the 17 conferences and associated workshops and tutorials that constitute FCRC '07 will be exposed to state-of-the-art research in a broad range of subfields in computer science.

The grants will cover registration fees at one or more of the constituent events and up to $1000 of travel and accommodation expenses. The choice of which conference, workshop, and tutorial registrations will be based on the applicant's preferences and balancing criteria. In addition, there will be a reception for program participants on the evening of Tuesday, June 12th at 7:00 pm in Terrace Salon 2 and 3.

See the FCRC '07 website for information about travel and hotel arrangements for the conference.

To be eligible, the applicant must be a faculty member in good standing at a college with high female and/or minority enrollment, actively involved in undergraduate teaching of computer science, and have no other sources of funding to attend FCRC '07.
